@rejon: Found these rocks in a conversation on twitter and did a deep dive to find them, photograph, and scan them. Think its interesting to see how tax dollars go to work, decision making process is made and then executed.

@rejon: There is a bug on artifaq blocking creating experiences right now so I'm flowing in the files I gathered in studying these precast bollards.

@rejon: There are two sites I found, one at Froebel Elementary and the other in the Grove at Chroma. The Froebel site was a bit intense with traffic and people. The Chroma site was site of trendy nice new area of housing and restaurants.
